Laser Cutting

Laser cutting has become one of the worlds most common processes for producing parts of almost limitless complexity from sheet materials, with accuracy of +/- 0.15mm & no tooling costs laser cutting is now the industry 'norm'.

We have invested in a top of the range Bystronic laser processing system based at our factory in Grantham, Lincolnshire to give our customers the benefit of this technology as standard, we are able to cut parts direct from customer drawings that are imported into the very latest & most advanced control software available (a 2D / 3D CAD platform also from Bystronic - Bysoft 7) as processing sheet material without the latest high performance software will not offer the customer the maximum productivity & minimum piece part costs available.

We are able to utilise these technologies to offer maximum material utilisation, fast & extremely flexible processing resulting in highest quality part production & lowest possible part cost on anything from a 1 off sample right through to batch processing of parts on a regular call off / J.I.T production schedule.

We can accept all of the most commonly used drawing formats (2D or 3D) as well as programme directly from drawings or part samples, offering you exactly what you want, when you want it at the best possible cost.

Contact us today for a free quotation or any further information, we have over 15 years of programming, cutting knowledge & experience.
